To book a hotel with us simply follow these 4 steps :

Step 1 : Click on a country from the list on the left-hand-side column then select city and hotel, check rates, choose check-in/out dates, room category, room type then enter your names & contact details and click ‘Book’. At this stage your booking is still on request.

Step 2 : We will confirm the booking by e mail to you within 2 working days.

Step 3 : You will have 3 days from the date shown on the confirmation e mail to pay. Failing to do so will result in the booking being removed from the system. You can pay by credit/debit card ( please ring 020 8617 3358 ) or send cheque payable to Visit Asia Ltd to the following address:

Step 4 : Print out Invoice & Confirmation and Hotel voucher : once payment is received, a notification e-mail will be sent to you with a link to print out the Invoice & Confirmation and Hotel Voucher. Alternatively go to ‘My booking’, enter your booking reference and print them out.

Important notes :
• Hotels name their rooms very differently. To simplify things, we have classified rooms in 4 categories :  Standard, Superior, Deluxe and Club/Villa/Suite. Once you have chosen a hotel rate, we will come back to you with the matching room category in our confirmation e mail.
• Please note that the rates displayed are for the cheapest room of each room category. For example if a hotel has several types of Deluxe room ( Deluxe, Executive deluxe, Premium deluxe etc… ), the rate shown is for the just ‘Deluxe’ room.
• Any special requests you may have such as riverview, high/low floor, non smoking rooms, etc…will definitely be passed on to the relevant hotels, but there is no guarantee they will be satisfied.
• The average check in time is 13:00 and check out time 11:00.
• The person who makes the booking or lead name must be 18 years of age minimum.
• Promotions : only one promotion applicable to each booking of 7 nights hotel minimum.
